These Terms and Conditions apply to the GGEE platform and all associated services. "GGEE", "we", and "our" refer to the entity operating this platform. "User" and "you" refer to any individual registered on, or attempting to register on, the platform.

GGEE is an internationally licensed online gaming platform intended solely for adults aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please do not use this platform.

These terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be communicated to your registered email address, and the latest update date will be visible on the platform. Continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with GGEE, you must provide accurate and complete information. Your name, email address, and mobile number must all be genuine. Registering under a false identity is a direct violation of these rules.

Only one account is permitted per person. Attempting to create multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

The following documents may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie showing your face clearly
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address (if required)

Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.

Deposits and withdrawals at GGEE are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods. Deposits are generally instant. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though this may take longer during the verification process.

The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits. Transfers to another person's account are not permitted — withdrawals can only be made to an account in your own name.

GGEE does not charge any transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

GGEE regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new registered users only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become eligible for withdrawal after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering requirements must generally be completed within 7–30 days. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, or household will result in all bonuses being voided.
• Winnings from free spins are also subject to wagering requirements, which are specified on the offer page.

There are a few basic rules to follow when betting on GGEE. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so review the odds and conditions carefully before placing your bet.

• In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, GGEE reserves the right to cancel or adjust the affected bets.
• A maximum of 15 events can be added to a multi-bet. If the outcome of one event is dependent on another, the bet will be voided.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or left incomplete, bets are generally void and stakes are refunded.
• If the outcome of any event is disputed, GGEE's decision is final.

GGEE monitors all betting activity on a regular basis to ensure a fair play environment. If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, the account may be subject to verification.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on GGEE and may result in permanent account termination and legal action:

• Opening an account under a false identity or in someone else's name
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse)
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the betting system
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Involvement in fixing or manipulating the outcome of any match or event
• Placing bets using automated bots or software

GGEE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and for any reason. However, any valid balance will be returned (except in cases of rule violations).

Users may also close or temporarily suspend their account at any time by contacting the Help Center or submitting a request through account settings. Please wait for all pending bets to be settled before closing your account.

As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is available — allowing you to lock your account completely for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years.

• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be suspended.
• Contact support to reactivate a suspended account.
• During a self-exclusion period, you should not attempt to access the platform through any other means.

GGEE believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a primary source of income. We encourage all our users to enjoy gaming responsibly and within their limits.

• Weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set on your account.
• A cooling-off option is available, allowing you to take a break for a set period.

• Advance notice will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notification of any changes will be shown upon logging in to the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
